Description
NXTHVN is a new national arts model that empowers artists and curators of color through education and access. Through intergenerational mentorship, professional development, and cross-sector collaboration, NXTHVN connects early-career artists and creative professionals with the resources, opportunities, and networks vital to their success. NXTHVN’s Fellowship and Apprenticeship Program is an ambitious initiative that gives aspiring artists an opportunity to learn how to improve their artistic talents and equip them with the tools to thrive in the art world.

Glory honors the aesthetics of everyday survival and the ways working class Black American families have built beauty, community, and meaning inside the walls of their homes. Glory transforms the NXTHVN gallery into an imagined Black American home interior, and a living technology of memory. >> A local food truck, Good for the Soul Food, will be on-site during the Opening offering a curated menu of soul food, "The Glory Trio," designed to align with the exhibition.
