Apply to participate in the first annual Chalk Art Festival at Cook Children's celebrating world art day. This is a live outdoor art event celebrating creativity community, and large-scale temporary artwork. We welcome artists of all styles and experience levels who are 16 years of age and up. Artists will be provided a designated chalk space and basic materials.
