Abrons Arts Center and The School of Making Thinking (SMT) are now accepting proposals for our class series for learners 18+. We are seeking course proposals that offer unique approaches to instruction and bridge creative disciplines. Artists and thinkers working across the areas of architecture, writing, performance, dance, film, music, movement, community organizing, and more, are encouraged to apply. For examples, please see our archive of past courses. From the pool of applicants who submit to this call, we will curate both our Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 semesters. All Spring and Fall courses will take place in person at Abrons Arts Center, located on the Lower East Side of Manhattan.
